Philine Baak

This analog photoshoot explores intimacy as something fluid, layered and deeply human. Working with three dancers, I explored softness, tension, dependency and freedom through intertwined bodies and organic movement.

The process became part of the work: translating continuous movement into still film images created a dialogue between physical expression and temporary stillness.

The series reflects on connection as something expansive and evolving, exploring closeness, vulnerability and the many forms that care and affection can take.

Shot on film, the tactile imperfections of the medium echo the physicality and intimacy of the subject.
